As a full-time working mom and wife, I don’t have a ton of time to be “me”, but when I do get my me time, I usually spend it running. So far, I’ve completed two marathons, a half marathon, and many 5Ks. In the fall, I help coaching my school’s cross-country team, which is crazy, hilarious, sometimes frustrating, and fun. Running is my way of centering and challenging myself while staying fit and active. Each year I try to reach new goals. For 2013, I’d like to run at least three major races (half marathon and above, distance-wise). My by-the-time-I’m-50 goals are to run marathons in all 50 states and to do an ultra. We’ll see what happens!
